What is National Kissing Day?
National Kissing Day takes place every year on 6 July, the day the world celebrates International Kissing Day. We started it in 2006 as a light-hearted reminder that a kiss is one of the simplest ways to show someone they matter.
Since then it has been picked up by radio stations, TV programmes and newspapers across the UK, and backed by brands from breath fresheners to lip care.
How to take part
- Kiss someone you love. A cheek, a forehead, a hand: it all counts.
- Share the moment with #NationalKissingDay.
